Melinda Maddox was an attorney in Alabama when then state Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore decided in 2001 to erect a 2 1/2 ton monument with one version of the Ten Commandments carved into it in the center of the new judicial building. Melinda and a few other attorneys were not happy and sued for its removal. They won, but when Moore refused to remove it, he was thrown off the court by a unanimous vote of his fellow Republican justices. She opines on what might have happen in a case like hers following the recent US Supreme Court case upholding a giant cross in a Maryland town. SEE HER BIO ... HERE
She and Barry also share opinions on the political future of Roy Moore. In spite of losing a US Senate race just a few years ago, and in spite of pleading by President Trump not to do so, Moore has just announced he is running for Senate again in 2020. Will allegations of inappropriate behavior with young women derail his efforts again?
